Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service is seeking a firm-fixed-price quotation for three TSI DustTrak Environmental Monitors with heated enclosures, model 854302-2, plus two heated inlet conditioners (854041), two solar radiation shields (854048), and two pole mounting kits (854049). The equipment must be compatible with National Wind Erosion Research Network meteorological tower systems, including their data logging, communications, and analysis systems. Brand-name or equal products may be offered, but equal products must meet all salient characteristics and include descriptive literature or equivalent documentation. The quotation must include pricing for every line item, a technical package addressing capability, technical and management approach, schedule compliance, and any requirements the offeror cannot meet. It must also include relevant experience from projects performed within the last five years, with scope, dollar value, period of performance, location, and client contact information. Delivery is required within 30 days after award, and the procurement is reserved for small business concerns.
