Description
Oregon State University (OSU) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Reserve Contract Program for Construction Related Services. The program is designed to pre-qualify contractors to provide a wide range of construction-related trades as listed in Exhibit 1, including but not limited to general contracting, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, roofing, and many others. The contract term runs from the effective date of the Reserve Contract through November 30, 2030. Contractors selected for the program may be awarded individual project supplements valued up to $2,000,000 each. OSU does not guarantee any minimum amount of work. The program is open to contractors licensed in Oregon, and offers will be accepted online until August 31, 2030 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
