Description
Clemson University is seeking bids for native-speaker language-conversation services supporting student practice in American Sign Language, Mandarin Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. The contractor must recruit and train conversationalists and provide access by language level for language courses from 1010 through 2020. The contractor must provide instructor-training documents, student guidelines, account setup and support, technical assistance, and responsive online, telephone, and email support. Services must be available during Eastern Time business hours. The initial contract term is one year, with up to four additional one-year renewals. Bidders must enter the grand total in the online bidding system and attach the completed pricing-scenario spreadsheet as an Excel file.
