Description
This Request for Information seeks supplier input on commercially available, scalable AI-powered language-learning software to help employees develop and maintain proficiency in English or French. The anticipated initial user population is approximately 1,500 employees, with potential future enterprise-wide expansion. The solution should support conversational practice, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, pronunciation analysis, personalized and adaptive learning, proficiency assessment, progress tracking, administrative reporting, and realistic Government of Canada workplace scenarios. The CRA is also seeking information about accessibility, Protected B security, encryption, privacy, Canadian data residency, responsible AI governance, human oversight, auditability, identity and enterprise-system integration, implementation, support, licensing, pricing, scalability, and relevant public-sector or regulated-industry deployments.
