Description
Ulster County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide as-needed professional roof consulting services for county-owned and county-occupied buildings. The scope may include roof evaluations; preparation of technical specifications and construction documents for roof rehabilitation or replacement; assistance with public bidding; and construction-phase services. The County anticipates future roof replacement needs at several facilities, including the Ulster County Law Enforcement Center, KCSU/Mary's Avenue, and various highway substations. The solicitation identifies Roofing Innovations LLC as a business awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years.
