Description
Mendocino Unified School District seeks a contractor to provide 11 uninterrupted power supply systems with battery backup for district sites. Each system must be configured to provide at least 60 minutes of runtime; tower or rack configurations are acceptable, network cards may be bundled, and lithium batteries are preferred. Warranty and basic maintenance must be included, with optional installation pricing for removal of existing UPS equipment and installation of replacements. The broader district requirements include relocating the existing MDF at Mendocino High School and recabling specified rooms and campuses from Cat 5 to Cat 6. Proposals must provide site-specific runtime estimates and itemized pricing for eligible and ineligible costs, warranty/basic maintenance, licensing, sales tax, shipping, and optional installation. The contract, if awarded, will cover E-Rate Funding Year 2027–2028 and is contingent on full E-Rate funding approval. Proposers must identify three school-district references with contact information and confirm completion of, or commitment to complete, the FCC Form 473 Service Provider Annual Certification Form for Funding Year 2027–2028.
