Description
The Oregon Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for the OR42 Middle Fork Coquille River and OR238 Griffin Creek Bridges Project on the Coos Bay–Roseburg and Jacksonville Highways. The work is located near Myrtle Point and Medford in Coos and Jackson Counties and requires either the Bridges and Structures class of work or the combination of Earthwork and Drainage and Miscellaneous Highway Appurtenances. The project includes a steel escalation clause, minimum wage requirements, and Buy America requirements for federally funded work. Prime contractors must be accepted Small Business Development Program participants at the time of bid, complete the required prequalification process, and perform at least 30 percent of the awarded contract amount with their own organization.
