Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to furnish brand-name Snap-On tools with custom foam shadowing in accordance with the equipment lists and salient characteristics for the WGF Facility at Ellsworth Air Force Base. The amended Exhibit A removes the redundant CO56 line item; the requirement otherwise includes the specified toolboxes, hand tools, power tools, accessories, and related equipment. The contractor must provide the listed tool kits, obtain Government approval of foam layouts before production and delivery, and complete required laser etching on applicable tools. Commercial subcontractors or suppliers may perform the laser etching and foam-cutting work, provided the Government approves the layouts before production. Quotes must include the completed RFQ form, CLIN pricing, a tool-by-tool price breakdown, representations and certifications, and applicable fill-in clauses.
