Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting bids for a single five-year, firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for Small Arms Repairman Tool Kits (SARTK), NSN 5180-01-670-9469, part number 0631A0000. The guaranteed minimum is 120 kits, and the estimated maximum quantity is 6,404 kits across five one-year ordering periods. The procurement is a total small business set-aside and requires pricing for the product verification testing line item and each ordering year. The contractor must manufacture and deliver the kits in accordance with the Technical Data Package, quality-assurance requirements, inspection and acceptance provisions, commercial packaging requirements, and military marking standards. Three kits must be furnished for product verification testing at the contractor’s facility. Bidders must complete the required solicitation fill-ins and representations, return a signed TDP cover sheet, acknowledge amendments, and submit all required CLIN pricing.
