Description
The City of La Cañada Flintridge is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive redesign and replacement of its public website and content management system. The selected consultant will provide discovery, user research, information architecture, content strategy, visual design, responsive website development, content creation and migration, systems integration, accessibility compliance, security, testing, launch, staff training, and knowledge transfer. The ongoing scope includes secure cloud hosting, backups, disaster recovery, monitoring, maintenance, software updates, technical support, performance optimization, accessibility governance, and service-level commitments. The solution must support role-based permissions and workflows, online forms, document and media management, search, calendars, emergency communications, notifications, online payments, multilingual capabilities, analytics, social media integration, and portability of City-owned content and data. Proposals must address the functional requirements matrix, implementation approach, technical architecture, accessibility and security plans, hosting and support model, training, pricing, references, exceptions, and disclosures.
