Description
The City seeks a consulting engineering firm to provide professional municipal engineering services during calendar years 2027–2029. The scope may include work on water, sewer, drainage, and street projects; comprehensive and municipal plans; traffic studies; capital facilities and rate studies; technical reports, cost estimates, environmental reviews, funding applications and administration; surveys; plans and specifications; and services during construction. Projects may use state, federal, and other listed funding programs. Statements of Qualifications are limited to 30 pages and should describe relevant similar experience, key personnel qualifications, familiarity with Grandview or comparable municipalities, experience with state and federal funding programs, prior public-project performance, and references. Three copies are required. The highest-rated firm will be selected for contract negotiations; interviews may be held at the City's discretion. Qualified disadvantaged, minority-owned, and women-owned firms are encouraged to respond.
