Description
This Request for Information/Sources Sought notice seeks capable sources for routine grounds maintenance and emergency landscaping services at the Jefferson Barracks VA Medical Center. The requirement covers a 126.65-acre campus and includes weekly growing-season mowing, trimming, edging, line trimming, weed control, trash and debris removal, hedge and shrub maintenance, leaf removal during the non-growing season, seasonal cleanup, seeding, fertilization, mulch, pesticide application, and other landscaping materials. Emergency work may include tree, stump, root, or other grounds-related removal under separately authorized task orders, with emergency responses and quotes required within four hours of Contracting Officer's Representative contact unless otherwise specified. Responses are for market research and budget planning only and will not constitute proposals or result in an award. Respondents must provide company, UEI, size and socioeconomic-status information; indicative pricing; a detailed capabilities statement; information about self-performance or subcontracting; pesticide/herbicide licensing information; applicable federal contract vehicles; and VetCert information if claiming SDVOSB or VOSB status. The notice requests a response by email and includes a detailed task-by-task self-performance and subcontracting table.
