Description
Gwinnett County is seeking informal written quotes for approximately 27 line items of household and personal hygiene products for its Department of Community Services. Requested goods include deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dental floss, women's and men's incontinence underwear, women's incontinence pads, feminine hygiene pads, and infant diapers in specified sizes and quantities. Approved equivalent products may be quoted when they meet or exceed the stated specifications. The successful supplier must provide product and packaging information, include all shipping and delivery costs in unit pricing, and deliver the goods FOB destination with inside delivery. Products must be properly labeled, new, undamaged, and delivered to the designated county facility by December 7, 2026; the supplier's stated delivery time after receipt of order should not exceed 72 hours. Award may be made by line item or in its entirety based on the lowest responsive and responsible unit-of-measure pricing.
