Description
USCIS seeks a contractor to lease new material-handling equipment for warehouse and production operations at four facilities: forklifts or reach trucks, electric pallet jacks/end riders, and electric pallet stackers. The contractor must provide the equipment, batteries, chargers, accessories, manuals, and safety documentation, and deliver, install, configure, and test the equipment. Facility-specific requirements include aisle maneuverability, lift height and capacity, charging compatibility, and other operational features. The scope also includes operator familiarization and safety overviews, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, parts, technical support, and service reporting. The pricing covers a one-year base period and four one-year options, with maintenance included. Offers must address all requirements, price every line item using the provided pricing spreadsheet, and include the completed FAR 52.209-2 provision. Award is based on lowest price among technically acceptable offers.
