CLASS:010 REQUEST FOR BID CITY OF CHATTAHOOCHEE HILLS, GEORGIA 2026 ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT City of Chattahoochee Hills (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2026 ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT KW Project No. 261240 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Chattahoochee Hills City Hall located at 6505 Rico Road, Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia 30268, until Tuesday, October 6th at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Late bids will not be accepted. The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of milling, paving, patching, and striping approximately 5660 linear feet of asphalt pavement along Cedar Grove Road from the city limits near Old Ridge Road to the intersection of Cedar Grove & Cochran Mill Road; and 400 linear feet of driveway for the Cedar Grove Community Building. Also, the project includes repairs to the asphalt approach to the southernmost bridge (Little Bear Creek) on Cochran Mill Road between Rivertown Road and South Fulton Parkway. Description
The City of Chattahoochee Hills is soliciting bids for road construction improvements. The work includes milling, paving, patching, and striping approximately 5,660 linear feet of asphalt pavement along Cedar Grove Road, 400 linear feet of driveway serving the Cedar Grove Community Building, and repairs to the asphalt approach to the southernmost bridge on Cochran Mill Road. Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the total bid amount and evidence of a Georgia State Contractor's License or Georgia Department of Transportation qualifications for similar work. The selected contractor must begin upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and complete the work within 90 calendar days.
