Description
The Rose Bowl Operating Company is seeking a qualified architectural firm to serve as its Venue Architect and long-term design partner. The scope includes site-condition assessments; conceptual planning; pre-design; schematic design; design development; construction documents; construction estimates; bidding and procurement support; construction administration; presentations; permitting; accessibility and sustainability compliance; historic-preservation coordination; community outreach; and coordination of structural, civil, cost-estimating, and other specialty consultants. Anticipated projects include ADA-related East/West seating improvements, including reconfigured seating tiers, access aisles, stairs, and handrails, and a North Videoboard Expansion Project involving replacement of the existing videoboard configuration and structural coordination. The selected firm will also provide general on-call architectural services for future capital projects. The initial contract term is three years, with two optional one-year extensions. Proposals must include separate technical and price proposals, with the price proposal completed using the provided fee schedule.
