Description
New Albany-Floyd County Consolidated School Corporation is soliciting a unified lump-sum bid for materials and labor to upgrade sports lighting at multiple school sites. The work is to follow plans and specifications prepared by Wold VPS, and substantial completion is required by March 31, 2027. Bids must include Indiana State Board of Accounts Form 96, the project manual’s Bid Form, and a financial statement attached to Form 96. Each bid must also include bid security equal to at least 5% of the base bid, provided as a certified check or an acceptable bidder’s surety bond. A pre-bid conference is scheduled at the Floyd Central High School Athletic Complex; attendance is encouraged, not stated as mandatory. Bidders must comply with Indiana’s anti-discrimination provisions and E-Verify requirements.
