Description
The Town of Clarksville seeks unit-price bids for the Access Roads for Pump Station 24 and Appleleaf Sewer project. Work includes approximately 3,120 linear feet of permanent gravel access roadway, associated clearing, grading, and sitework, and installation of a 9-foot-by-6-foot box culvert at the Plum Run Creek crossing. Bids must cover all work shown in the plans and specifications. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder is eligible for award. A bid security equal to 5% of the total bid is required with the proposal; the awarded contractor must provide performance and payment bonds equal to the contract bid price and required insurance certificates after award and before work begins.
