Description
The City of Yonkers and Yonkers Public Schools is soliciting multi-prime general construction and electrical contracts for Phase 2 window replacement and related work at Enrico Fermi School. The project requires installation and is subject to prevailing-wage requirements, certified payroll, contractor licensing, and insurance requirements. Bidders must submit a sealed subcontractor list for applicable Wicks Law trades, including electrical wiring and standard illuminating fixtures. The solicitation requires a 5% bid bond, 100% performance bond, and 100% labor and materials bond. A sample certificate of insurance and Wicks Law subcontractor form are included in the solicitation package.
