Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for an estimated annual quantity of 40 fiber-optic polishing plates, NSN 6070-01-377-4502, under a unilateral simplified indefinite-delivery contract. The guaranteed minimum is 6 each, the minimum delivery-order quantity is 20 each, and the estimated number of orders is one; actual quantities and orders may vary. The contract maximum value is $350,000, and orders may be issued for one year from contract award. The item must be supplied as new, unused material; used, reconditioned, remanufactured, and unused former Government surplus items are ineligible. Delivery is required 69 days after order, FOB origin, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and DLA packaging requirements, and marking must comply with MIL-STD-129. The approved source is Kitco Fiber Optics, Inc.; the solicitation also identifies Leonardo S.p.A. and Kitco Fiber Optics, Inc. part numbers. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
