The U.S. Navy is soliciting quotations for 215 BRUSH, WIRE, BOILER T units identified by NSN 5130-01-555-2991 and reference number GTC-211-11/16IN. The items must meet the applicable technical, inspection, ISO 9001 quality-system, marking, packaging, mercury-free, and delivery requirements, including MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD 2073 provisions. The solicitation identifies CAGE codes 52213 and 768R4 for the reference-number item. This is a 100 percent small-business set-aside Request for Quotation. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose conforming quotation provides the best value, based on price, delivery lead time, and past performance; the non-price factors combined are approximately equal to price. Offerors must also price an option for increased quantity that may be exercised up to 180 days after award.
