Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a competitive total small business set-aside for an all-or-none package of 55 brand-name-or-equal power-driven hand tools and related equipment for a Veteran enrolled in the Veteran Readiness and Employment program. The revised parts list includes a pressure washer, portable generator, extension cords, cordless saws, grinders, oscillating tools, drills, drivers, drywall and framing tools, sanders, routers, nailers, a heat gun, work lights, batteries, chargers, a jobsite radio, tool accessories, plumbing tools, and a six-tool cordless power-tool kit. All 55 line items must be quoted; partial shipments are acceptable, and shipping and freight costs must be included in the unit prices. The revised amendment and parts list correct several manufacturer part numbers and descriptions, including the generator, cordless jig saw kit, heat gun kit, task light, drywall screw gun attachment, and work light. Substitutes from any manufacturer are permitted, but substitute items require manufacturer specification sheets for technical acceptance. Exact-match offers must match the listed manufacturer and part number. The Buy American requirements apply, and only items made in America will be considered compliant. Delivery is required within 60 days after receipt of the delivery order to a residential address without a loading dock; the complete address will be provided after award.
