Description
The City seeks a qualified contractor to assess the existing aquatic center sound system and recommend which components to retain, repair, upgrade, or replace. The work may include supplying speakers, amplifiers, processors, mixers, microphones, paging equipment, cabling, controls, and related components, with a preference for reusing compatible existing equipment where practical. The anticipated total project budget is approximately $52,000. The selected contractor will provide approved equipment and materials, installation and integration, system configuration and testing, staff training, and system documentation. Proposals should describe the firm's qualifications and comparable projects, proposed system and approach, schedule, warranties and service, and total project cost. The proposal format specifies page limits for most sections; supporting manufacturer literature and similar materials may be included as appendices.
