NASA Shared Services Center is seeking capability statements regarding the supply of rolled and U.S.-processed Nb C103 (ASTM B654) and Nb 521 niobium alloy sheets. The material must be approximately 0.066 inches thick, within specified sheet dimensions, sufficient to total 8 square feet, and sourced from the same heat or lot. Deliverables include heat/lot identification and internal reports covering chemistry, mechanical properties, and related information. Respondents should provide unit pricing, availability or lead time, shipping cost, and shipping information. This is a sole-source special notice. NASA states that it intends to negotiate with ATI Specialty Alloys & Components, LLC because the alloys are proprietary and ATI is identified as the sole provider. Responses are capability statements only; quotes will not be evaluated, and NASA will use responses solely to determine whether to compete the requirement.
