Description
The Colorado Department of Natural Resources’ Division of Water Resources uses Aquatic Informatics’ Aquarius Software-as-a-Service platform to process, review, and correct streamflow data for water-rights administration and other scientific work. The software includes the GRSAT rating-development module and supports workflows aligned with USGS processes and guidelines. The agency states an approximate budget of $470,318.38 and a sole-source procurement end date of June 30, 2031. This is a notice of proposed sole-source procurement, not a request for pricing or a formal proposal. Vendors who believe they can provide the required service may submit a brief, one-page signed cover letter describing their capability to provide it; if a viable alternative is identified, the agency may issue a formal solicitation.
