Description
The City of Lakeland is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of magnetically actuated, three-phase, outdoor 15kV vacuum circuit breakers for substation use. Required configurations include 1,200-ampere and 2,000-ampere breakers with either 125 VDC or 48 VDC control voltage. Equipment must meet specified ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, ASME, and related electrical standards, with dead-tank construction, vacuum interruption, current transformers, control cabinets, auxiliary equipment, testing, documentation, packaging, and delivery requirements. The agreement has a one-year base term with four optional one-year renewals by mutual consent, not to exceed five years. Bidders must provide pricing, technical and performance data, equipment information, delivery time, exceptions, required technical forms, prior project information, insurance evidence, business-registration documentation, and required certifications and affidavits. Responses must be submitted electronically through the City's procurement portal.
