Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research for a mobile CT scanner lease with qualified operating technicians and onsite CT imaging services. The anticipated requirement includes a fully equipped mobile unit with at least a 64-slice scanner, maintenance and repairs, network and image-transfer connectivity, and staffing to perform a broad range of CT examinations. The contractor would also provide required training, technical support, and related operational services. The anticipated contract structure is a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. This is a Sources Sought notice only, not a request for quote or other solicitation; responses are voluntary market-research information, and a future RFQ may or may not be issued.
