Description
Hillsborough County seeks a consultant to review and update financial rate models and conduct rate studies for its Transportation Assessment, Residential Street Lighting, and Stormwater Management Assessment programs. Work includes evaluating revenue sufficiency, rate structures, forecasts, cost allocations, and capital plans; recommending rates and preparing written findings; and assisting with rate resolutions, presentations, financial planning, revenue-bond reporting, and other authorized financial services. Services are ongoing and as needed over a five-year contract period.
