Description
Pioneer Preparatory School is soliciting proposals for Category One data transmission and internet access services with bandwidth options from 1 Gbps through 5 Gbps. Pricing must be provided in 1 Gbps increments, with 1-, 3-, and 5-year contract options; 3- and 5-year options must permit bandwidth upgrades during the contract term. The scope includes recurring service, special construction, installation and activation, network equipment, software, maintenance and operations, outage reporting, basic technical support without additional service fees, and a service-level agreement. Required implementation activities include service handoff to the school’s local area network, trenching, boring, plowing, conduit and vault installation, fiber installation and splicing, termination, labeling, testing, acceptance, and project management. The procurement also includes Category Two managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. Bidders must complete and submit the E-Rate Service Provider Bid Response Worksheet, provide pricing and applicable service or equipment details, and comply with the stated E-Rate and procurement requirements. Contracts are valid only if E-Rate funding is awarded; quantities are estimates and do not guarantee an award.
