Description
The City of Bellevue is seeking proposals from qualified general contractor/construction managers to provide GC/CM services for the Meydenbauer Bay Park Phase 2 project. The project expands the existing park and advances pedestrian connections between downtown, the waterfront, and Phase 1 of the park, as part of the broader Grand Connection vision. The project has a 15% apprentice utilization requirement. The selected contractor must also comply with the City’s equal opportunity requirements.
