The Caddo-Bossier Parishes Port Commission is soliciting proposals for a one-year contract to provide preventive maintenance, inspections, and general mechanical maintenance services for the 40,000-square-foot Regional Conference Center, which serves as the Port office building. The condensing boiler is excluded from the requested systems. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and facility walk-through will be held at the Regional Conference Center. Proposals must be submitted in sealed and/or electronic form to the Executive Port Director or designee by the stated deadline. The Request for Proposals is available on the Port's bids webpage.
