Description

The U.S. Navy is seeking a sole-source contractor to provide one base year plus four one-year option periods of scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and authorized over-and-above repairs for three Universal HIGHPACK Model 55H75 five-stage, air-cooled, oil-lubricated reciprocating compressors. Required service intervals are 500 hours/semiannually, 1,200 hours/annually, 3,000 hours/every two years, and 6,000 hours/every four years, with the latter requiring a complete overhaul. The contractor must provide personnel, tools, materials, consumables, OEM parts, disposal of replaced items, maintenance records, and condition-found reports for additional repairs. The procurement is identified as sole source to American Compressor Company, and the technical quote must confirm that factory-certified technicians will perform the work and that OEM proprietary replacement parts will be used. The completed RFQ form, including pricing, company information, business size, payment terms, mobilization time, price source, and signature, must be submitted with the quote.
