Description
The City of DeFuniak Springs is seeking proposals for RFP 2026-02-AP, which involves the Terminal Apron Expansion project. This project is crucial for the development of the DeFuniak Springs Municipal Airport. Proposals will be received until July 14, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. local time, and will be opened publicly at that time in the City Hall Council Chambers. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM CT at the DeFuniak Springs Municipal Airport, located at 183 Gene Hurley Road. Each participating firm or team is limited to three personnel. Submissions must include one original on a thumb drive and one original hard copy in a sealed envelope or package. The submission should be clearly marked with the firm/team's name and address, and the words "City Manager Koby Townsend: Sealed Bid RFP 2026-02-AP Terminal Apron Extension." All proposals must be addressed to the City Clerk, 1350 Baldwin Avenue, PO Box 685, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
