Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting three kits of influenza A+B diagnostic tests under NSN 6550-01-531-2897, with one 25-test kit associated with each of three purchase requests. The tests must qualitatively detect influenza type A and type B antigens from nasal swab, nasal wash, and/or nasal aspirate specimens, provide results in 10 minutes, and be stored at room temperature between 59°F and 86°F (15°C and 30°C). The requested product is identified as Quidel Corp. part number 20183 and is FDA-regulated. Each kit must have a 24-month non-extendable shelf life, with no more than three months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. Packaging, labeling, marking, and shipment must comply with the stated medical packaging requirements, including Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and applicable DLA requirements. Alternate offers require complete technical data sufficient for evaluation. All quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
