Description
Gila Crossing Community School is requesting proposals for leased lit fiber, with or without Internet access, supporting bandwidth from 1 Gbps through 5 Gbps. Proposals should include pricing in 1 Gbps increments, month-to-month and multi-year options, direct handoff to the owner's local area network, installation and initial configuration, outage reporting, basic technical support without additional service fees, and a service-level agreement. Three Category 1 service requests cover Internet access and data transmission, and one Category 2 request covers managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. The solicitation requests one-, three-, and five-year pricing, with bandwidth upgrades permitted during three- and five-year terms. Vendors must complete and submit the E-Rate Service Provider Bid Response Worksheet with their proposal and comply with the stated procurement and E-Rate requirements. The solicitation does not provide a total budget or award amount.
