Description
Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for multiple liquid storage tank products and related steel bands. The requested items include three 5,000-gallon natural-white vertical storage tanks; two 1,635-gallon natural-white elliptical leg tanks; eight 1,635-gallon elliptical leg steel bands; five 725-gallon natural-white horizontal leg tanks; and 15 galvanized steel bands for the 725-gallon tanks. Specifications include tank dimensions, threaded vented manways, polypropylene fittings, reducers, drain fittings, and siphon tubes. Shipping and handling is requested for the three 5,000-gallon tanks; the other items will be picked up. The equipment is expected to be delivered within 45 days of the purchase order. Bidders must submit pricing and the required signed bid packet, including the execution of proposal, price proposal, non-collusion, drug-free workplace, E-Verify, vendor application, and W-9 forms. A certificate of insurance is required from the awarded vendor, and no bonds are required.
