Description
The Federal Aviation Administration intends to contract with Frontgrade Technologies Inc. through single-source procedures for thirty ASR-8 1618-to-1625 conversion kits. The kits will support the Brand-New Air Traffic Control System under the Radar System Replacement program and ensure compatibility with the replacement radar architecture. This is an informational notice of intent rather than a competitive solicitation or request for proposal; the announcement states that a competitive solicitation is not available.
