Description
The Texas Military Department (TMD) at Challenge Academy requires qualified vendors to supply, deliver, install, and set up a miniature gym storage and workout facility. The scope of work includes providing various exercise apparatuses and workout equipment as specified in the solicitation's specifications and statement of work. The facility is to be housed within a Tricon container equivalent or better, with specific requirements for storage units, barbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, bumper plates, benches, collars, and other fitness equipment. Delivery and installation must be performed during business hours (Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST), with weekend work requiring prior written approval. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for a turn-key installation, including daily cleanup and debris disposal. The deliverables will be FOB Delivery to Texas Challenge Academy at 600 FM 3013 West, Building 1, Eagle Lake, TX 77434.
