Description
Tarrant County is soliciting bids under IFB F2027009 for an annual purchase of inmate hygiene supplies for the Sheriff's Office and Juvenile Services. The contract will have a 12-month term effective from the date of award or notice to proceed, with two additional 12-month renewal options. Prices must remain firm, and escalator and cost-plus clauses are prohibited. All bids must be submitted through Ionwave. A virtual pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 3, 2026, and vendors must RSVP by 5:00 p.m. Central Time on September 2, 2026, to receive the Teams invitation. The solicitation package includes the bid invitation, standard and general terms and conditions, the HUB policy, and technical specifications.
