Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for two separate purchase requests, each for one package of disposable, contoured, large infant diapers under NSN 6532-01-319-5121. The specified manufacturer and part number are Medline Industries, LP, P/N MSC266044; the schedule identifies one package as 160 each. The item is FDA-regulated and must be supplied as a commercial product. The supplies must be delivered FOB destination within five days after order, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with the stated commercial medical-acquisition requirements, MIL-STD-2073-1E, and applicable medical marking requirements.
