Description
The Oregon Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for the I-84 Emigrant Hill Weigh-in-Motion Site Repaving Project in Umatilla County. The resulting contract will be a public works project subject to Oregon prevailing-wage requirements under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The project includes a 15% Indian employment preference goal. Bidders must hold current, non-expired certification and be listed on the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation Tribal Employment Rights Office Certified Contractors List for ODOT projects before bid closing. Solicitation documents are available through the OregonBuys e-procurement system.
