Description
McMinnville Water & Light, acting for the City of McMinnville, is soliciting sealed bids from an Oregon-licensed and bonded asphalt paving contractor for trench and leak patch paving at multiple locations throughout McMinnville. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to install approximately 177 tons of Level 2, 1/2-inch dense hot mix asphalt concrete in accordance with the City of McMinnville Street Paving Standards, matching existing roadway crowns or cross slopes. The work is a public works project subject to Oregon prevailing-wage requirements and must be substantially completed by November 30, 2026. Bidders must have at least three years of experience on projects of similar size and complexity under their current firm name. A certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid amount is required, and the successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms.
