This Invitation for Bids covers construction of a new 0.3-mile segment of the Historic Columbia River Highway State Trail from Mitchell Point Drive to the Ruthton Trailhead, approximately 4 miles west of Hood River, Oregon. Work includes construction of a precast concrete arch culvert; clearing, excavation, and grading; drainage; aggregate base; asphalt surface course; temporary traffic control; and permanent signage and striping. The procurement is a sealed-bid, firm-fixed-price construction contract with an estimated price range of $5 million to $10 million. The solicitation is offered as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
