Description
The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Community Action Partnership, is seeking pre-qualification packets from parties qualified in General Weatherization Services. This is an ongoing procurement process to secure multiple vendors for services throughout Riverside County, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026. The contract may be renewed annually for up to three additional one-year periods through June 30, 2029, dependent on funding availability and contractor performance. The program aims to ensure all eligible individuals have access to weatherization services countywide. Funding sources include LIHEAP, DOE IIJA, DOE WAP, and CDBG. The County will continue to accept proposals until sufficient qualified vendors are secured or funding is depleted. Services include a wide range of weatherization tasks such as insulation, HVAC repair and replacement, water heater services, door and window repair/replacement, and infiltration reduction.
