This Master Agreement (MA) is between the State of Maine, Office of State Procurement Services, and Washington Rock Quarries, Inc. for the provision of aggregates for thin polymer overlays. The contract period is from May 20, 2024, through May 31, 2027. The specific commodity is Armorstone VT #4x16 Bridge Deck Overlay Aggregate, priced at $230 per ton, with Free on Board (FOB) - Destination shipping terms. Prices are guaranteed for at least one year, with adjustments requiring 60 days' notice and supporting documentation. Delivery is expected within 14 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO) to any State of Maine facility. All State of Maine Departments and Agencies are authorized to utilize this contract. Municipalities, political subdivisions, and school districts in Maine are not permitted to utilize this MA. Delivery Orders (DO) will be created in AdvantageME and emailed to the vendor.
