Description
Gila Crossing Community School is requesting proposals for 1–5 Gbps leased lit fiber, with or without Internet access, including dedicated Internet bandwidth and Ethernet transport. Pricing must cover bandwidth increments from 1 Gbps through 5 Gbps, month-to-month and multi-year options, direct handoff to the school’s LAN, installation and initial configuration, outage reporting, basic technical support without additional service fees, and a service-level agreement. Three- and five-year options should permit bandwidth upgrades during the contract term. The solicitation also seeks managed internal broadband services for existing eligible equipment, including ongoing management, monitoring, configuration updates, troubleshooting, repairs, staff assistance, software updates, security patches, performance reporting, documentation, incident records, scalability, and defined service levels, response times, and escalation procedures. Proposals must identify eligible and ineligible costs, include required equipment and service pricing details, reference the FCC Form 470 number and bidder SPIN, and include the completed E-Rate Service Provider Bid Response Worksheet. Equipment or services prohibited under FCC national-security and supply-chain rules are disallowed.
