Description
Escambia County seeks quotes for approximately seven semi-trailer loads of large-flake bagged shavings for its Equestrian Center during FY 2026–27; quantities are not guaranteed, and delivery timing will be coordinated with the vendor. The pricing table requests a per-bag price and freight cost per load. Deliveries must be loaded so staff can unload them with a pallet jack, the truck must not have a grooved floor, and all pallets must be in good condition. Vendors must provide the number of bags per load, proof of Sunbiz registration, and a W-9. The quote also requires confirmation that the submitted pricing is valid and acknowledgment that this is a written quote request, not a formal bid or solicitation.
