Submission Instructions
Description
The Saint Louis Zoo seeks proposals from vendors to supply complete feeds and nutritional supplements for animals in its care. The requested products include species-specific feeds and supplements, with estimated annual quantities provided for planning; the Zoo does not guarantee minimum purchases or exclusive work. Vendors must submit pricing using the provided Vendor of Record Pricing Form, and purchases will be made through purchase orders. Products must arrive in good condition and meet stated safety, hygiene, composition, sourcing, and traceability criteria. The vendor must support reliable deliveries, provide advance notice of shortages, replace missing or rejected items promptly at no additional cost, and provide a supply continuity plan when next-day replacement is not possible. Proposals are evaluated on product quality, delivery reliability and supply continuity, experience and references, and cost.
