Description
Nassau Health Care Corporation seeks a vendor-neutral point-of-care ultrasound workflow management platform exclusively for the Nassau University Medical Center Emergency Department. The platform must support patient matching; connectivity with cart-based and handheld ultrasound systems; image and cine-loop transmission, archiving, study management, and web/mobile viewing; structured emergency-medicine reporting; quality-assurance worklists and grading; provider credentialing and privileging; resident and fellow education portfolios; and bidirectional integration with the electronic health record, PACS, and billing systems. The solution must support flexible SaaS, hosted, or on-premises deployment, HIPAA compliance, 99.99% monthly uptime, implementation, interface engineering, training, and ongoing technical support. Clarifications identify the connected devices as two Sonosite X-Porte units, three Mindray TEX units, and one Sonosite LX unit; the EHR as Sunrise Clinical Manager 25.1, the PACS as Merge PACS (Meritive), and the billing system as Eagle 7. New or replacement device connectivity is included in the base price, SaaS-only proposals are acceptable, and initial data migration is not currently required. The solicitation requires New York State-certified MWBE and SDVOB participation, with a 30% total MWBE goal and a 6% SDVOB goal, and requires a three-year base period with three additional one-year extensions.
