Description
The 432d Contracting Office at Creech Air Force Base intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Advantor Systems for the maintenance of Advantor systems. This includes routine system maintenance, annual and semi-annual preventive maintenance on various Advantor components (ASN monitoring stations, IDS panels, Access Control panels), emergency service capability, and 24-hour access to Advantor's Technical Support Center. The contract requires an Advantor Certified ESS Administrator/Engineer to perform these functions, including system administration, database maintenance, and reporting. The vendor will also provide annual certification training for base personnel on Advantor systems. The maintenance services cover Advantor Suite for Networks (ASN), SFXi, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Access Control (ACS) at Creech AFB. The Performance Work Statement details specific tasks for preventive maintenance, including testing and inspection of equipment, software updates, and battery checks.
